What can I keep track of here?
Books, board games, and craft projects each get their own home — shelves, a backlog, goals, and more, kept separately. Tap the grid icon next to your name (or "Back to Main Selection" in the footer) to jump to Choose Your World and switch between them.
How do I share what I keep with someone?
Go to Profile & Settings and copy your share link. Anyone with that link can browse a read-only view of whichever worlds you keep — they don't need an account.
Can I add something that isn't found by scanning or searching?
Yes. For books, skip the ISBN field on the Add a Book page and enter the title and author manually. For board games, skip the barcode and search by name instead. Craft projects have no lookup at all — just fill in the form yourself.
How do the store maps work?
Search for a bookstore, game store, or craft store by name or address on its own Manage Stores page. Each map covers the whole world, not just the U.S. — use the two buttons at the top of the Map page to switch between the United States view and an International view.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Click "Forgot password?" under the sign-in form and enter your account email. We'll send a link to set a new one, valid for one hour.
Can I add The Archivist to my phone's Home Screen?
iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen."
Android (Chrome): Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right, then "Add to Home screen" or "Install app."
Either way, it opens full-screen like a regular app, with no browser address bar.
Is there an iOS app?
Yes — The Archivist on the App Store ↗︎. Sign in with the same account and everything you keep here comes with you. There's no Android app yet.
